Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the far east with the wild west in a fantastic game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler versus the dealer, not like nearly all other poker games that players play against other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, beginner players don’t need to be concerned about other, more advanced individuals taking their mulla.

An additional Pai Gow edge is the relatively slow game pace, beginners can take their time and strategize without needing to make hasty selections.

It is also simpler to gamble on for a long time with just a tiny amount of money seeing as, to lose, both of your hands must be under each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The player is assigned seven cards face up and the dealer gets seven cards faces hidden.

One 5 card hand and a two card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the five card hand has to be higher than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the dealer’s.
